Barb Johnson was first elected to the Minneapolis City Council in 1997 to represent the Fourth Ward of Minneapolis, and she is running for another term. She has served as President of the Minneapolis City Council since January 2006. She is proud of her history of advocacy for her vibrant community in northwest Minneapolis, and hopes to continue her leadership on the Council to create jobs, enhance public safety, and expand housing opportunities for the Fourth Ward.
