Bonnie Westlin is a first-time candidate running for State Senate in District 34. She opened her solo family law practice in 2004 and works daily advocating within the legal process for families experiencing enormous transitions and challenges. As a seasoned mediator, Bonnie also has the ability to bring parties together to resolve disputes by focusing on goals and outcomes rather than positions. She is a political activist, business owner, mother, and grandmother. Bonnie will bring a focus on the needs of the middle class including living-wage jobs and affordable housing, post-secondary education without burdensome student loans for graduating students, improving access to affordable health care, and ensuring that all of our children receive a first-class education.
