Pam is a first time candidate running for the Robbinsdale School Board. She is a lifelong educator of 36 years; she truly understands the ins and outs of public education and is ready to lead on the board. Pam lives in New Hope and taught at Minneapolis North High School, Maple Grove Junior High and Osseo Junior High. She believes that being fiscally responsible is important, but that it does not mean cutting programs that benefit students and teachers alike. She is inclusive and sensitive to students of all backgrounds. She currently serves on the Dean's Advisory for the University of Minnesota College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) and is active with the Athena Awards Committee which recognizes young women high school athletes, metro-wide, for their accomplishments.
