Thank you to all of the guests who helped support the Rochester Women's Political Luncheon, and a special thank you to Lynne Kirklin and the Rochester Women on the Move for helping make the event a huge success. Keynote speaker Sally Blackmun, daughter of Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun, moved the crowd with her story of growing up in the midst of the Roe V. Wade debate, of which her father was a key figure.
Over 200 guests attended the event in downtown Rochester, including many womenwinning supported Elected Officials. With your support, we were able to raise over $15,000 that will support our mission: to elect more pro-choice women to office!
